VICTA is backed by HSM Transportation—a manufacturer with more than 40 years of transportation seating experience, producing the C.E. White school bus line for American OEMs for decades. HSM Solutions, the privately held parent company, has been owned and directed by two long-standing families. That continuity means the decisions affecting your supply relationship are made by people with a long-term stake in the outcome. VICTA is a new commercial line. The infrastructure behind it is not.
